Returns

• Eligible Products: We accept returns on unopened boxes of alfajores in perfect condition, in their original packaging. Individual alfajores are not eligible for returns, unless they are damaged or defective.
• Return Period: You can return eligible products within 7 days of the date you received your order.
• Return Procedure: Please contact us at info@portenosmtl.com to initiate a return request. We will provide you with instructions for returning the products.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged product).
  
   

Refunds

• Refund Conditions: Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will process a refund for the amount of your purchase, minus the initial delivery fees.
• Refund Method: The refund will be issued using the original payment method you used for your purchase.
• Refund Processing Time: Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account.

Exceptions

• Perishable Products: Please note that our alfajores are fresh, perishable products. We cannot accept returns on opened, consumed, or expired products, unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
• Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless they are damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@portenosmtl.com with a photo of the damaged product. We will be happy to replace the product or provide a full refund.
