By placing an order on the Website, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

The Products offered for sale are described on the Website. The Seller reserves the right to modify the Products offered at any time.

  1. Price

The prices of the Products are indicated on the Website in Canadian dollars. Prices may be modified at any time. Applicable taxes are extra.

  1. Orders

The Customer may place an order on the Website by following the instructions provided. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order for a legitimate reason.

  1. Payment

The Customer may pay for their order by credit card, via PayPal, or in cash upon delivery. Payment is due at the time of order, except in the case of cash payment upon delivery.

  1. Delivery

The Seller will deliver the Products to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery charges are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise indicated. The delivery time is estimated at 1 to 3 business days.

  1. Returns and Refunds

The Seller’s return and refund policy is available on the Website.

  1. Warranty

Our Alfajores are handmade with the finest ingredients and carefully crafted in our workshop in Montreal. We guarantee the quality and authenticity of our alfajores, and we are confident that you will love them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will find a solution. Please note that our alfajores have a best before date of 30 days to ensure optimal freshness.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products. The Seller will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

  1. Force Majeure

The Seller will not be liable for any delays or failures to perform these Terms due to force majeure.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec.

  1. Amendments

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
